From the Desk of Gary Ryan Blair,
Thank you for requesting my free ACHIEVE. GOALS. FAST. email course where you’ll learn a proven formula for driving exponential results.
Buckle up…your course starts right here, right now.
One thing we all have in common in this highly competitive world…is the need for more, better and faster results.
In this 5 part email course…we’re going to take a deep dive into the world of high performance, exponential growth and rapid goal achievement.
You’ll want to read and absorb every word as there’s a very good chance that today’s message will change the way you look at the world and how you fit into it…forever.
In the spirit of transparency…my aim is simple; to transfer the belief that you have the potential to DRAMATICALLY DECREASE the amount of time it takes to achieve your goals, get wealthy…and make your mark.
Skeptical? Here’s indisputable proof…
There are 2126 billionaires in the world. Becoming one is an extremely impressive feat.
However, the accelerated rate by which people are now becoming billionaires provides us with some important lessons which we can all learn from and leverage to fast track our goals.
It took John D. Rockefeller all of 46 years to become the world’s first billionaire in 1916.
Michael Dell achieved billionaire status in 14 years.
Bill Gates became a member of the billionaire club in 12 years.
Larry Page and Sergey Brin got their ticket punched in 8 years.
Jeff Bezos made it to the mountaintop in 5 years.
Mark Zuckerberg reached billionaire status in 4 years.
Pierre Omidyar of eBay hit the magic number in 3 years.
Andrew Mason of Groupon did it in a whopping 2 years.
Jay Walker of Priceline became the fastest billionaire in just 1 year.
Pick any era in history and you’ll find a handful people who refuse to think and act like the masses…who buck the system…who question every conventional belief, and as a result wind up doing extraordinary things in an implausibly short amount of time.
Don’t you want a piece of that action?
Even if your goals do not include becoming a millionaire or billionaire… there’s no disputing the fact that we have dramatically decreased the amount of time it takes innovative people to achieve big, epic goals.
But how…and what can we learn from people who have found a way to hack their performance and accelerate their rate of success?
In this series, I will show you why you don’t need to reinvent the wheel when you can model and leverage the extraordinary successes of high performers to reinvent and speed up your own results.
UNLEARNING YOUR WAY TO SUCCESS
Before we get too far ahead of ourselves, we need to slow things down… deconstruct and shift our focus onto the adverse questions.
Why? It’s actually very simple…before you learn how to accelerate your growth and make quantum leaps in your performance…you first need to unlearn the things which do not.
Why do most people and organizations settle for small, marginal…and incremental growth?
Why are most people and organizations still operating on old outdated beliefs and behaviors that produce little in the way of results?
From the moment you were born…you were unwittingly in the process of being indoctrinated into a multi-generational conspiracy designed to encourage conformity, instill self-doubt and discourage original thought.
Almost every institution that you have ever come in contact with is self-serving and has conformance, manipulation, mediocrity and control baked into their core.
From education to entertainment…from the foods you eat to the music you listen to…from the clothes you wear to the car you drive…from the books you read to the news you watch…and from politics to religion as well…they all conspire to get you to drink their flavor of Koolaid.
They actively work to discourage big thinking, uniqueness, individuality and differentiation.
“The truth will set you free but first it will make you angry.”
You must understand that throughout your ENTIRE LIFE…you’ve been groomed, molded and patterned to fit into the narrow and self-serving interests (ideology) of a particular group, company or institution.
Throughout your life and history for that matter we’ve all been told to…
This is terrible advice because it ingrains self-limiting beliefs, undermines self-confidence, creates fear, doubt and a poor self-image while sabotaging your chances of living a large and fulfilled life.
Negative programming, and the ongoing enforcement of limiting beliefs is the rotten fruit of conformity and is one of the primary reasons why most people live small lives.
In the words of Henry David Thoreau…
“The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to their grave with their song still inside them.”
It’s quite sobering to think that you are being taught by people who have been able to accommodate themselves to a regime of thought laid down by their predecessors.
It’s a self-perpetuating system designed to undermine real progress as well as a truth you must wake up to and strenuously resist.
RE-FRAMING BELIEFS
As someone who repeatedly, consistently, and quite routinely works with people and organizations who accelerate from standing starts to giant accomplishments…achieving goals fast, growth hacking and driving exponential results is my reality.
I have come to the understanding that you cannot change your behavior nor experience exponential growth, until and unless you change your beliefs…and that the most important element in your strategy to win the battle for your mind and productivity is your own psychology.
Most people operate within a conditioned, self-limiting mindset that says success comes incrementally…one step at a time.
While unspoken, the court of public opinion says that we must move systematically from our present level of achievement to the next.
Then, the thinking goes, from that stage we can begin working toward graduating to the next higher level in the sequence—gradual progress.
This belief is false and only succeeds in undermining growth, sabotaging your self-esteem and relegating you to the slow lane.
I’m here to tell you that you can make a quantum leap from your present level of achievement to one that is several levels higher—DIRECTLY.
I understand that your mindset for the moment may be flawed by doubt and skepticism. The idea of exponential growth, of making quantum leaps in your performance, jumping from your present level of achievement to one several stages higher is an alien idea.
You have not been trained to think like a growth hacker…and you may very well have definite reservations about the possibility that you can make such exponential growth at all…much less in an abbreviated time frame.
However, I assure you that your doubts and skepticism are rooted in mental limitation. They are not the product of accurate thinking… but they are the product of habitual thinking.
GROWTH HACKERS THINK DIFFERENTLY
Growth hackers understand that in order for them to create a performance explosion, they must be willing to give up a few things to include…false assumptions about how fast they change their life, self-limiting beliefs that undermine their progress, and the comfort zone that holds them back from unleashing their greatness.
Growth hackers believe that they have no legal, logical or moral obligation, or any justifiable reason to settle for small, marginal or incremental growth.
Growth hackers believe that they have the unique ability to multiply their performance, defy expectations…and achieve goals on a scale and pace that the majority deem impossible.
Growth hackers think differently and know that the quickest way to the mountaintop is not by fighting their way through the pack…it is to leapfrog over the pack by deploying superior execution strategies and having a single-minded focus on accelerated growth.
And, accelerated growth is what you really want…isn’t it?
So how do you do it…how do you accelerate your rate of success and experience exponential growth?
How do you multiply your performance, and achieve goals on a pace and scale that others view as ridiculous, impossible even?
How do you become a legitimate growth hacker, and enjoy a bountiful harvest while most people settle for a few measly crumbs?
In Part 2, we’ll take a closer look at those questions.
Everything Counts!
